Telangana resident Chiluveri Srucharan ordered a ASUS Zenfone during the mega sale that Flipkart had on May 26 but stunned when he received two mangoes instead.
In a Facebook post Chiluveri wrote “I booked a mobile on flipkart 26th may order number 0D002947033911410000 but I getting 2 mangos on courier so be careful on online shoping and it’s delivered time. Its advice all online flipkart customers for avoid online cheatings share and save the online customers.”
The Indian ecommerce giant earlier was in news for offering fake discount revealed by Mani Sankar Sen a resident of Kolkata. Chiluveri claims that flipkart first promised to replace the order within 24 hours but later cancelled stating “unwarranted return”. The company also denied to refund Rs 8,099 which Chiluveri paid as the cost of the phone and advised him to refer flipkart return policy.
Though the company has promised to resolve the issue within stipulated time has not taken any action yet claimed Chiluveri and plans to go the consumer forum.
