Inbox by Gmail Adds New Snooze Functionality, Now Never Miss an Update

Must Read

Sometimes you require information such as a ticket number just before a concert or reservation details right before you check in a hotel – here is good news – Inbox by Gmail is all set to do these for you. Inbox has added a new feature that will allow users to snooze an email to a specific or just the right time when you need to read the email.

In a post on Official Gmail Blog, Vijay Umapathy, Product Manager at Google, writes, “Starting today, Snooze in Inbox is getting a bit more convenient—when you snooze an email that has dates and times (like event confirmations or shipping notifications), you’ll get a one-tap option to snooze to exactly the right time, like the day of your concert or the morning your package will arrive.”You can snooze emails related to package tracking updates, restaurant and event reservations, calendar invites, flight confirmations, hotel reservations, and rental car reservations, and right before the event, it will show at the top of your inbox. So next time when you need a reminder before the event starts, no worry, your snoozed email will inform you at the right time.
