In an interview with Fortune Magazine, Apple CEO Tim Cook revealed his plan for iCar; Apple’s rumored car project, iPhone selling, Apple Pay, new headquarters, and more.

Cook slashed the rumor on their plan of making Apple Car “I’m probably not going to do that” he mentioned their recent hiring of the Automobile veterans is to “explore technologies and explore products”.

“Yeah, I’m probably not going to do that. The great thing about being here is we’re curious people. We explore technologies, and we explore products. And we’re always thinking about ways that Apple can make great products that people love, that help them in some way.

And we don’t go into very many categories, as you know. We edit very much. We talk about a lot of things and do fewer. We debate many things and do a lot fewer.”

According to some rumors, Apple is planning to make self-driving Apple Car codenamed Project Titan approved by Tim Cook in late 2014 and assigned to Vice President Steve Zadesky, a former Ford engineer.

But, Cook mentioned that hiring new people is the part of company’s ongoing process to “explore things with teams of people” and “explore many different things, many different technologies” – doesn’t hint company’s plan to enter automobile industry with Apple Car.

The Cupertino based US technology giant planning to expand Apple Pay in more places that to be rolled out in the next few months – Cook pointed out in the interview. Apple expanded Apple Pay service in China last week as a fifth nation to get the service – but had not revealed if more countries to get the service in the future.

The Apple CEO mentioned the company has around one billion active devices “has been increasingly adding services” with a total amount of the services business was almost $9 billion in the last quarter.

He concluded hinting that the company is planning to move to their new headquarters by early 2017 – though the actual date has not decided yet. The company also is in talks with “Laurene [Powell Jobs, Steve’s widow] and the family” to give homage to Steve Jobs.
