Google further added an additional feature in the link-sharing option on Google Drive on the web. Last week, Google added the “Turn On” feature for file sharing enabling Drive users on the web to share files with their collaborators with a single tap. The search engine giant has added two-step sharing options based on user feedback throughout the week.

With the revised feature, you need to click twice to turn on the sharing option of a file – one on the “Get shareable link” icon and another on the toggle switch itself.

Google has already rolled out the new feature on Drive web for worldwide users, and the scheduled release domains are to be rolled out in the coming two weeks.
