Amidst the news of Yahoo’s search business buyout, the company has made an announcement to launch of esports app for iOS users. The former search engine giant Yahoo Inc. is currently focusing on its new trendy app, Yahoo Esports, including a revamped mail client for android and a new e-sports newsreader.

It delivers live tournament broadcast coverage, news, highlights, and league scores for major competitive games. You can even get accurate, up-to-date updates from games like League of Legends, Dota2, Counter-Strike: Go, Heroes of the Storm, and Street Fighter V.

This app contains a card-based interface that is easy to browse, and you can comment on news stories. You can turn on notifications for live matches and score updates to receive updates.

This Yahoo Esports is available for iOS users for free in the App Store from today itself.
