Facebook has rolled out a new feature in the Messenger platform. Now, you can send enlarged emojis as big as you want to your friends using Facebook Messenger app.
Messenger, Facebook’s instant messaging platform, allows users to send text, voice, video, emoji, and more via the app or Messenger.com. Last week Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced Messenger hit a milestone of 1 billion people using the platform.
Two months before, Facebook recently added over 1200 new emojis into its collection. Again, the social media giant is again on the floor with something exciting. The new feature will allow users to increase the size of emojis as big as they want in size.
This feature is taking a page out of Google’s upcoming Allo chat app, which also lets you resize any image.
Here’s How It Works:
To send larger emojis, just tap and hold on the emoji you want to send in the Messenger keyboard and watch it get larger. When you let go of the emoji, the larger emoji will be sent to your friends.
This feature is currently available on iOS, and Facebook is planning to bring it to Android and messenger.com soon.
