Social media giant Facebook has started rolling out two new sections in Pages – Shop and Services to make a business more powerful online. With the help of this page section, businesses worldwide can help people discover the products and services they care about.

There are more people on the planet spending time on mobile, and they expect to be able to do more from their phones and tablets. The Shop section has the business product list to provide the best offers through Messenger, while through Service, they can let the users know the type of their services. You can list the items with the description and photos to reach out to your potential customers in a more visually appealing way.

According to Facebook, all the new sections in the Pages are available in Southeast Asia and other emerging markets around the globe. The Shop sections will be available in 10 countries for the initial phase, including Thailand, Brazil, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Philippines, India, Argentina, and Taiwan. The social media giant is also planning to bring the Service sections to all Pages in the coming weeks.

More than one billion people on Facebook are connected to at least one business globally. In India, around 57 percent of people are connected to at least one business Page.

The Shop and Services sections will make the Facebook pages most valuable online to small businesses. The goal of Facebook is to earn money through this page section, which is just created for small businesses.
