There is not much time passed since Chinese smartphone giant Xiaomi has launched Redmi Note 4. The company is in the news again – it might launch a new device, probably Redmi 4, code-named Xiaomi Mido spotted on Geekbench.
Geekbench is a cross-platform benchmark that measures the performance of the devices, I recently published details of Xiaomi Mido. The latest launch of Xiaomi was Redmi Note 4, and there was an expectation it could have launched Redmi 4 at the same time.
Two images were posted on Geekbench on 24 August, giving scores and some features of the upcoming smartphone. Since the images were posted at different times, giving contradictory scores in single and multi-core tests. In the first test, Xiaomi Mido scored 806 on single-core and 3763 on multi-core on the other hand it achieved 842 points in single-core score and multi-core of 3608 points in the second test.
Xiaomi Mido, which is said to be the Redmi 4, will pack the 2GB of RAM and be powered by an ARM Qualcomm 2.02GHz processor. The phone is expected to run on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box.
If the listings are to be taken into consideration, Redmi 4 to have a 16 GB of built-in memory or later 3GB version with 32 or 64GB of storage in the workplace.
There is no confirmation so far on when the device will be launched, but we can expect Xiaomi won’t take too long to unbox the smartphone.
