Apple just announced the next major software update for the iPhone and iPad. This release is bringing animations, stickers and more to Messages, the ability for Siri to do more by working with apps, redesigned Maps, Photos, Apple Music and News apps, and the Home app that lets you manage home automation products in one place.

You can use Siri to make a quick payment using Square Cash or Monzo, or send a message to a friend using WhatsApp or LinkedIn. You can easily ask Siri to send money to a friend, whether you’re splitting the dinner bill, paying rent to your landlord or sending your roommate money for utilities.

Apple has started seeding preview of Siri Integrations to developers on their iOS 10 apps. Apple in its announcement writes, “Developers are previewing new Siri integrations for payments, messaging apps and more, creating new experiences using “Hey Siri” to simplify everyday tasks using just your voice. Siri can already help you send an iMessage to a friend, but with the introduction of Apple SiriKit for developers, messaging apps can now tap into the power of Siri.”

The Developer’s Preview of Apple Siri includes new updates which will allow users to send messages, photos, and videos using Siri. Apple Siri for simplified payments and messaging works with WhatsApp and LinkedIn too. It will use Siri to make its messaging experience even better and you can send messages to family and friends without typing a single letter.

LinkedIn is the most prominent place if you’re looking to enhance your career and meet people in your industry. Since conversations are the foremost thing to stay connected and informed, you can soon use Siri to easily send a message to anyone in your network.
