Adobe’s acquisition of TubeMogul will create the first end-to-end independent advertising and data management solution, digital formats, which makes easy and fragmented way for the world’s colossal brands. Currently, video consumption is exploding across all devices, this is the main reason video advertising is too becoming the fastest growing in advertising category. And Adobe plays the ruler role in video content formation and delivery with its Premiere Pro CC and Primetime result. The TubeMogul went public on the NASDAQ back in 2014 but the share has dropped from $22 peak in December 14 to less than $8 this week similar to IPO rate. According to Adobe the agreement had definitive to acquire for $540 million net of debt and cash. Along with this, TubeMogul has deal to get shareholders to approve, Adobe is proposing the $14 per share, a price that TubeMogul stock hasn’t seen since April this year.
