LG V20 Arriving in India on December 5, Expected to Be Priced at Rs 54,999

LG started sending invites to the media for the launch of its new flagship, LG V20 in India at an event to be held on December 5 at 6:30 PM. The South Korean tech major already launched the device in the international market back in September. In a statement, LG said that LG V20 would be the first smartphone to come up with preloaded Android Nougat 7.0.

Similarly, LG V20 is the first smartphone to feature the 32-bit Hi-Fi DAC (Digital to Analog Converter) to give its users the best audio experience. The display of the LG V20 has increased brightness and 50 percent large font size as compared to that of the LG V10.

The upcoming smartphone features a 5.7-inch Quad HD IPS display, and at heart, there is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor that clocks at 2.15GHz. It is paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage.

The smart device packs with dual-camera set up on the back – sports a 16-megapixel camera with f/1.8 aperture and an 8-megapixel camera with dual-tone LED Flashlights. When talking about the front camera, there is a 5-megapixel selfie shooter with an f/1.9 aperture. Some more collected information states that LG V20 also comes with Qualcomm’s Steady Record 2.0, which features electronic image stabilization (EIS) 3.0 to record sharper videos and stabilize shaky images.

LG V20 to have a 3,200 mAh removable battery, same as LG V10. The V20 also boasts Hybrid Auto-Focus, which puts Laser Detection AF, Phase Detection AF, and Contrast AF.

In terms of connectivity, it includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, USB Type-C support, Bluetooth 4.2, and NFC. LG V20 also allows to showcase Google’s in Apps, a new search mode feature in the Google app that allows to search content not just from the built-in apps but also from the apps that have been installed.

One more interesting feature in LG V20 is its ability to help discover recently accessed apps, messages to read or activity across apps.
