Facebook introduces new Messenger camera, 3D masks, Unique Art and more

Facebook globally rolled out the Messenger camera clubbed with several new features for making the conversation much better. The new features developed by Messenger team comes with faster and easier-to-use camera with some special effects into it.

In the conversation, you’ll see a small camera button located at the left bottom. After clicking, it will show up a small shutter button and with a single tap it will take a photo and a long press will record a video.

The social media giant has also debuted 3D masks, with that users can play around their pictures adding more fun applying artistic filter to their full screen photo. By taking a selfie one can transform it into a reindeer or play with falling snow to fulfill the conversation with the artistic effects.

The new update comes with thousands of more interesting and new stickers, frames, masks and effects in the Messenger. Along with the sending of normal text messages, Messenger has created a place where the palette icon will first create a blank canvas and the text messages will represent by adding art and stickers to the text.

Facebook Messenger is one of the most used messaging platforms in the world and the social media site has been adding tons of features for bringing more users into the app. Currently, around 2.5 billion emojis, stickers, photos and video are sent via Messenger and the new Messenger camera will add more fun while staying in the conversation.

This update will soon roll out globally for all Messenger users in the play store.
