OnePlus is Teasing a New Color Option for OnePlus 5

Author at TechGenyz Mobile
OnePlus 5
The OnePlus 5 is already in the market and has been on sale for more than a month. It made some positive news again. OnePlus made an announcement on its official Facebook page. The company teased that “5omething new” is coming soon. The message arrived alongside an image of the two flavors of the OnePlus 5 currently available and an uncolored outline of a third OnePlus 5 unit. Some users in comment section joked that it might be the OnePlus 5T. But OnePlus already has the latest hardware. There are very little chances of such announcement. Any upgrade that could be made right now would be comparatively minor. So, there are pretty good chances that OnePlus might launch a new color option for the OnePlus 5. The color range of the OnePlus is very limited. The OnePlus 5 comes in either Midnight Black or Slate Grey, two very similar colors. A lighter option could allow OnePlus to widen its potential user base to those who aren’t impressed with the exclusively dark palette that’s available right now. The new color option is unrevealed yet. We doubt that OnePlus would release a slightly different black than the one it already has, so that’s out of the window. All things thought of, we’d wager that OnePlus can unleash either a red choice of its latest device or a gold one. And considering that gold could be a tried and tested OnePlus color, that feels like the foremost possible selection.
