The Xperia XZ1 render has been leaked through a video uploaded by leaker @OnLeaks and India tech site Compareraja. The video reveals the design of one of the three upcoming Xperia smartphones, which are to be revealed at IFA 2017 with the other two siblings.

It appears that Sony believes in old-fashioned design. It is not chasing current trends like dual camera setup and bezel-less design. So, Sony is not serving something new to the users. It does look like it’s coming in an attractive pale metallic blue color variant, but with several exciting designs seen this year from other Android manufacturers, Sony is still sticking with its square and rounded corner design.

According to the video, the smartphone will come with a USB Type-C port, dual front speakers, and a headphone jack.

As for the Sony Xperia XZ1 specs, Xperia Blog indicated that the smartphone would come with a 5.2-inch Full HD display, Snapdragon 835 chip, 4 GB RAM, and 3,000 mAh battery, while Compareraja suggests that it could feature a 19 MP rear camera, 12 MP front-facing camera and that it may launch with the yet-to-be-released Android 8.0.

Meanwhile, the Xperia XZ1 Compact, according to Xperia Blog, might be entertained by a 4.6-inch HD display with Snapdragon 835 chip, 4 GB RAM, and 2,800 mAh battery, while the Xperia X1 is said to house the same except with a 5-inch Full HD display with a Snapdragon S660 chip. All of Sony’s latest smartphones will probably have IP68 certification for dust and water resistance, too.

There is no information about price and availability, but once we get it, we will spread it to you.
