The iOS 11 was launched over two months ago, but it has been criticized so far for having glitches, and that too, a lot. Last week’s black screen went on to become a ‘global disaster!’

After attending the World Internet Conference in Guangzhou, mainland reporters at the Apple Store in Tiananmen Square interviewed Tim Cook about the massiveness of iOS 11 bugs.

The Apple CEO responded by saying the following,

I think you know that Apple’s philosophy is to make things perfect, and zero defect is our ultimate goal. If you have noticed, a few days ago to update the official version of iOS 11.2, many problems have been amended. Our goal is to pursue perfection and we did not achieve perfection, but we will not stop.

This might fuel debates regarding Cook acting either bureaucratic or sincere. Apple needs to come up with solutions anyways as the water gets up the throat for the iOS fans due to increasing glitches.

Among the recent issues, iOS 11 suffered computer error, automatic restore of camera’s initial settings, correct typing errors, screen touch failure in cold conditions for iPhone X, screen rotation failure, Touch ID failure, inability to turn off connectivity like Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, black and white circles, and even more.

While the industry competitors like Google, Samsung, LG, and Xiaomi will not want to miss this chance to overtake Apple; it would be interesting to see how fast the company reacts.
