Samsung’s Virtual Assistant is having issues regarding its Bixby briefing feature for quite a long time now. Since August 2017, the official help forum of the brand is receiving reports from users regarding the ‘moody’ behavior of the feature.
In case you don’t know, Bixby briefing feature is the assistant reading the present time, weather, and news to the user. It does the reading after an alarm goes off.

As for the issue, the reports increasingly include that the Bixby Voice skips off news info and weather after the alarm. More significantly, many users went on to Twitter as well with their reports of the briefing not working properly. Hovering over the tweets and the reports do feel like the assistant seems to have its ‘own mind!’
The Samsung moderators are actively involved in the discussion and it looks like the brand is working on the fix. But there is no info on how long it will take for the resolve. We do hope that Samsung fans don’t have to suffer long anymore, as the brand has its reputation to keep up with!
