So much immersive experience and so many studies to bring the world of VR and AR to all possible fields, and in the end, we leave one of the most important and the one that should continue with everything that is currently working. It is none other than the smallest ones at home. It would be a good time to think about them and go introduce them to this wonderful world since the future depends on them.

Merge is a company that is working hard to explore digital space and creates an XR, Extended Reality ecosystem for children that is easy, affordable, and with a lot of content created especially for them. In this work, we first find Merge Miniverse, an immense and growing library with special content for children. Then we found the holographic Merge Cube and finally the Merge Goggles, glasses. How could it be? otherwise, of course, they will present two new products at CES 2018.

The Merge 6DoF Blaster with 6 degrees of freedom uses positional tracking technology and will allow us to move freely through our virtual world. Merge will open the Blaster SDK for developers so that they can create content compatible with the peripheral. Its release is expected for the summer of this year.

Merge Mini is a lightweight VR/AR viewer designed specifically for children from 10 years old. It gets all the features of the original Google Merge but offers a more accessible and more economical way without losing quality. It is also expected to enter the market in summer this year. Merge plans to make this handset available later this summer for $30, making it one of the best-priced virtual reality headphones and the only one that targets children.

That’s not all, they are not limited to producing products and devices, but they are constantly evolving, building new platforms with content and new licensing agreements, and creating new immersive experiences through Merge Labs. The truth is that it is a wonderful job they are creating and with a very promising future. It has been clear for some time that the Merge lineup is geared towards children. The Merge Cube has a lot of interactive and educational goals, and it has been announced in channels like Disney over the past holiday season. These new accessories are expected to bring great success to children later this year.
