it is time for the leaks to the Motorola Moto Z, whose third generation will be released throughout this 2018. Thanks to Droid Life, we now know the details of the new Motorola Moto Z3 and Z3 Play, which will make up the catalogue of modular devices of the Californian firm, with a renewed design and updated specifications to compete with the mid and high range of this year.
So Are the Motorola Moto Z3 and Z3 Play, with Moto Mod 5G?
As noted in the filtration, the device that appears in the image on these lines is the Moto Z3 Play. The mid-range variant of this family will introduce a screen of reduced frames with the format of an aspect of 18: 9, whose size approaches 6 inches. Bearing this in mind, it is most likely that the “normal” Moto Z3 shares these same details, with the aim of maintaining a certain equality in the range, and thus not affect the compatibility of the Moto Mods.
In this case, we do not find notch iPhone X style as in the Moto X5, and we will not see a fingerprint reader or virtual navigation buttons. Instead, Motorola would have decided to introduce a system of facial unlocking, as well as a new method of navigation by gestures, as pointed by the virtual white button that appears at the bottom of the screen. Traveling to the back, the double camera returns to make an appearance on this occasion.
At the moment there is no data on the technical section of the Moto Z3 and Moto Z3 Play, although the source responsible for bringing this information to light indicates that there will be a third variant with Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, which will be released later. It is also worth mentioning that at least one of the three telephones that will form this line will have a curved screen on both sides.
What is known, is that both terminals will be accompanied by a new Moto Mod, whose name will be 5G Moto Mod, which already gives us some clues about its operation. As indicated, this accessory, which can be seen in the image that heads the article, would be responsible for providing the 5G connectivity devices, with the aim of improving the capabilities of their terminals in terms of connectivity. For now, this is all that is known about these terminals and the device would arrive somewhere in the middle of the year 2018.
