All Visa Owners Are to Soon Have New Cards With Inbuilt Fingerprint System

Must Read

2018 marks the 60th year of the world-famous American Visa Corporation, which has operated responsibly throughout all these years, carrying out payments and money transfers across the world. The company issues bank cards to a wide consumer base that includes pensioners, students, and employees to help them receive their benefits and/or remuneration in the form of salaries, etc. This global payments technology company enables people to purchase Visa bank cards with inbuilt attachable payment technologies where the user only needs to attach the bank card to the device and not insert it.

Today, Visa declared that it is to begin the production of a completely fresh lot of bank cards which are soon to be available to the residents of the US, Europe, Russia, and all the other countries on the map. These bank cards bring excellent news for the people that now onwards making purchases will not need the PIN code or a signature on the cheque and on the flip side of the bank cars. These new Visa bank cards are identical in shape and size to the currently circulated cards but are innovatively tweaked in design with a fingerprint in their scanner, equipped with new technology that works in the same way as in smartphones. The user must put his/her finger on a certain area on the card and then bring it to the payment terminal to make a payment. A bank card will indicate a successful identification with a green indicator.

To ensure the safety and confidentiality of the money transaction, all fingerprints are directly embossed on the card in encrypted form rather than being transferred to Visa. The coming week of this month is scheduled for the issue of the new generation bank cards for the residents of US and Cyprus, following which by the end of 2018, all the other countries of the world including Russia are to have access to them.

For all the current and potential users of Visa cards which includes consumers, business, banks and even governments, this news of issue of new cards comes as a sigh of relief as they can rest assured that their money will be safely transferred across destinations.

The emergence of these new Visa cards highlights the corporate responsibility of the American Visa Corporation as mentioned on their official website, which is “helping improve lives and economies around the world.”
