Xiaomi Mi 5X, which was launched last year, is about to have its successor, which is named Mi 6X. The news has been leaked out regarding the upcoming device in the form of a photo of the phone’s rear. This is not the first leak of the phone Mi 6X, last month a photo of the TPU case was seen exposed. It was exposed by slashleaks which first appeared on the Chinese microblogging website Weibo.

Last year Xiaomi launched Mi 5C, and Mi 5X and now Mi 6X which appears to be the successor of Mi 5X. Just as the first leak of the phone, Mi 6X is shown featuring dual-rear cameras arranged vertically and positioned on the left which is not much similar to the horizontally arranged camera of Mi 5X. The image also depicts that the LED Flash will be fitted in between the two lenses, as similar to iPhone X.

Mi 6X ImageThere is also a hole in the middle of the phone in its back design which does not render it to be a fingerprint scanner due to its size and so we are still in the dark to what will the hole be provisioned with. The rest seems to be similar to Mi 5X with its antenna line design and curved sides. It is also made up of metal.

The highlighted features of the new Mi 6X is still unknown but if we see it as a Mi 5X successor then we can expect it to have a bigger screen, bigger battery, and less powerful processor than Mi 6X.

The company has not yet confirmed its existence so there are chances for the leaked news to not be genuine.
