Images of Vivo’s upcoming flagship smartphone, Vivo X30 have been once again leaked a few days back. The image reveals what the smartphone screen will actually look like. The alleged image renders that the front design of the upcoming smartphone Vivo X30 is similar to that of the iPhone X.

Initially, iPhone X was heavily criticized because of its cutout appearance at the top of the screen but eventually, manufacturers began to copy the design realizing that, phones with such designs are of many interests to consumers. The Chinese corporation Vivo has embraced the notch style design that is seen on Apple’s iPhone X to keep up with its competitors.

The first image of the smartphone Vivo X30 on the internet itself resembles that of the iPhone X. The photo allows us to get a view only of the front design of the phone. It clearly shows that at the top of the Vivo X30 there is a cut but in comparison to iPhone X, it is much more compact. This can be due to the absence of Face ID which is only found in the Apple flagships. Though the back design has not been revealed there is no doubt that the back design will also be similar to that of the iPhone X.

Vivo is most likely to use budget IPS matrix than iPhone, which has the most expensive OLED screen in the market. As per sources, Vivo X30 is equipped with an 8-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor with a clock speed of 2.0 GHz, with 4 GB of operative and 64GB of permanent flash memory. It also has a USB Type-C connector and Bluetooth 5.0 with Wi-Fi 802. 11ac, A-GPS, GLONASS which includes a slot for microSD memory cards up to 256 GB.

Vivo X30 is expected to be the successor of X20 series. The cost of the phone can be predicted to be 3-4 times lower than that of Apple smartphones, so the cost could be within the level of 20,000 rubles. The launch of the phone, Vivo X30 as well as Vivo X30 Plus is expected to take place in the second half of 2018.
