The new Snapchat app has been redesigned, but this time the photo-sharing app could not grab the attention of the users. Rather the company has been attracting criticism from the users. They are pleading with the corporate to reverse the adjustments. Fans complain that they are facing struggles to find and use their favorite features like stories. These are moved to the new Friends Page along with the regular Snaps and messages.
As reported by Snapchat, they were ready for the huge outcry from the users after this update.

Last year, the company promised a new design, and the time has finally come for its release, but the users seem to not be pleased with the update as they find it confusing.
Users are currently pouring out their feelings on Social Media. The Twitter account of Snapchat is going busy; they have been replying to all the complaints from the users. Many of the users have threatened to delete the app unless they get the old version of Snapchat back.
One of the big criticisms encircled the redesign of the old stories page, which one could easily access by swiping left on the main camera screen. But now, the new update is different; users have to swipe right on the camera section to have access to their friends and family stories. It has renamed the new stories as “Dynamic Friends page”. This is provisioned to show the friends to the users based on as how well do they engage with them.
Snapchat is aware of the complaints as the company spokesperson commented “Updates as big as this one can take a little getting used to, but we hope the community will enjoy it once they settle in.” The alterations made by Snapchat helps them to progress in business and make money. The company also reveals its strong fourth quarter financial result. It might take a little time for the users to get used to this Friends page but we hope the results are worth it.
