Health is wealth and Apple wants to promote this social cause with its new web page. It offers a challenge to Apple watch users and motivates to complete the same. This page is known as ‘Close Your Rings’. The approach is really one of the unique steps by Apple which a fitness freak would surely love to own.

Apple had come out with Apple watch in the year 2015 for the first time. From then it became the first choice of all users who wanted to track their health activities with the help of Activity and Exercise app. Soon market was flooded with many other fitness gears but Apple with its watchOS 2, 3 and 4 had raised the capabilities of Apple Watch in the year 2016.

Apple Close Your Rings is a challenge and a motivational slogan for the Watch’s activity app. Apple initiated this idea which ultimately supports to complete day to day fitness challenges with fun. So, if the user wants to know the best way to lose that extra calorie, Apple offers you with suggestions on this. It suggests activities like walking with the dog, gardening and playing chase with your kids.

For now, Apple’s page is emphasizing mainly on monthly activity challenges, new award animations and a redesigned workout app with new health features found in watchOS 4. Apple is always known for best and unique ideas for its users. Not letting its users down, Apple constantly updates their gadgets with changing time and need.

Sources also reveal that Apple has tied up with Stanford to launch Apple Heart Study. Apple thus will be coming up with iOS 11.3 this spring which will feature health record integration to the iPhone for the first time. So, its time to say get set and go with Apple’s ‘Close Your Rings’ challenge.
