The company has just announced yet another new phone, the Oppo A1 just a few days after the launch of the OPPO R15 and R15 Dream Mirror Edition. It launches in three different colors and at an affordable price but skipping a key feature, the fingerprint scanner.

The smartphone comes in three colors: Pearl White, Rich Red, and Ultramarine. The blue and red variants have a matte finish, while the white seems to be covered in glass as it is reflective. The overall design looks simple but classy.

Oppo A1 Display

As to highlight the features and specifications of the phone, it comes with a 5.7-inch display, 4GB of RAM, and runs Android 7.1 Nougat. It has a 5.7 inch 18:9 display with 64GB of storage.

As for the camera, you will get a single rear-facing camera that consists of a 13-megapixel sensor, autofocus, LED flash, and 1080p video recording. There is an 8 MP sensor for selfies and a 3180mAh battery. Though the fingerprint scanner has been skipped by the company, there is a Face Unlock facility.

The novelty will sell for ¥1399 (approximately, Rs. 14,405) in China, and will hit the market from April 1st, 2018. As for now, there are no details about the global availability of the phone.
