The front appearance, with a glossy overall design, is identical to that of the Vivo V9 and, thus, to the same of the iPhone X. The 25 MP selfie snapper is equipped with AI features. The single rear camera offers 16 MP.

Oppo F7 specs also show it is powered by MediaTek Helio P60 octa-core processor clocked at 2GHz. The two storage variants are 4GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB. Both models are expandable to 265 GB via a card. The device runs the ColorOS 5.0 based on Android 8.1.

The three color variants, also officially shared via Twitter, are Solar Red, Moonlight Silver, and Diamond Black.

One of the enticing features is regarding the front camera that’ll feature Beautify 2.0 to detect male and female genders. Another is that of the Facial unlock feature, where the handset remains unresponsive if the eyes of the user are locked.

A new upcoming Notch Assistant feature will let users access gestures for navigating between apps.

In India, its 4 GB variant will be priced at Rs. 21,990, and the 6 GB model at Rs. 26,990. It will be sold as a Flipkart exclusive starting April 9. Offline stores in India and the Oppo online store will too have the device. The latter half of 2018 will see the phone marketed across Europe.
