BlackBerry is to bring three new smartphones in 2018 and confirmed two phones that’ll bear the QWERTY keypad. The three said phones are dubbed Uni, Athena, and Luna. We received renders of the BlackBerry Athena.

Going by the images, Athena looks quite like the KEYone, except for the curved screen. Bearing a rectangular slab design, it also features the QWERTY keypad. It is likely that the keypad will be touch-sensitive. On the space bar, there’s the brand logo that suggests it will have a fingerprint reader.

As for the rear panel, the BlackBerry-signature rugged design is evident. It as well houses the dual camera setup horizontally.

Regarding specs, nothing is officially confirmed so far. Reports are circulating that the device might pack a Snapdragon 660 chipset. According to reports, it will have 6 GB or 8 GB of RAM with 64 GB of internal storage.

All three new BlackBerry phones will run Android Oreo out of the box.  As per reports, BlackBerry Uni has a similar appearance. We are keeping a tab to know more. Stay tuned.
