HP Pavilion PCs

HP Inc. introduced today its Pavilion Portfolio with detailed outlines regarding a range of premium designs and features that have been infused into HP convertible, notebooks, and desktop PCs. These revamped devices is all set to be launched at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, 2018; and following are the details regarding the changes that have been made to the device:

HP Pavilion ×360s

HP Pavilion ×360 14 and 15 convertibles have been updated with vertical brushed pattern on the keyboard deck with a geometric faceted design on the audio grill. Some select models include an anodized aluminium finish to make the devices appear sleeker. The revamped devices owe their incredible performance to 8th Gen Intel® Core™ i5 and i7 dual and quad processors2, that come equipped with discrete graphics options for playing with photos and video, sharing and connecting with family and friends, or simply for binge watching Netflix. Select 14-inch models have a NVIDIA® MX130 Graphics option and select 15-inch models come with an AMD Radeon™ 530 Graphics option.

The devices have been equipped with chrome plated hinges to allow them to adjust to four different positions; a simultaneous pen and touch functionality to allow users to draw or take notes on their devices; and select models come with an optional world facing camera situated in the centre of the speaker grill above the keyboard to bring users a new view of the world around them, along with the ability to see 3D objects mixed into real world surroundings.

The Pavilion ×360 new narrow bezel look is allowing 14 and 15-inch diagonal HD3 or FHD4 IPS display to fit in 13-inch and 14-inch chassis, respectively, for an optimised viewing experience as well as a smaller footprint. On select models, users can utilise Windows Hello, with a fingerprint reader, to ensure a safe, secure, and quick logon experience. The devices are available in shades of Natural Silver, Pale Gold, and Sapphire Blue.
HP Pavilion Notebooks

With a keyboard deck and cover made from metal, a diamond cut trim on the touchpad, and geometric speaker grill pattern, the HP Pavilion Notebooks are all set to enthral its users in shades of Mineral Silver, Pale Gold, Sapphire Blue, Velvet Burgundy, Tranquil Pink, and Ceramic White. HD3 and FHD4 IPS displays with micro-edge bezels; a lift hinge to support a comfortable typing position and improve airflow to keep the device running cool; and a design that’s 2mm thinner than its previous version makes the notebooks sleeker.

Select models of the notebooks are being powered by 8th Gen Intel® Core™ processors2 or the latest AMD Ryzen™ Mobile Processor6 with Radeon™ Vega Graphics; and besides boasting of an 11.75 hours of battery life, the notebooks also offer up to 512 GB of SSD or up to 2 TB HDDs7 on the 15-inch device. The devices also come equipped with dual speakers, custom tuned by B&O Play with HP Audio Boost and a Fingerprint reader option on the 14-inch Pavilion model.

HP Pavilion Desktop

The latest HP Pavilion Desktops come with 10 percent depth reduction compared to the previous generation without compromising system performance or configurability, and sports a front panel with new angular cut bezel in brushed Natural Silver or a geometric faceted pattern on the bezel with vertical brushing in Ash Silver or Natural Silver so it fits seamlessly with the decor of a modern room.

8th Gen Intel® Core™ i+ processors9 or the new 2nd generation AMD Ryzen processors6 and discrete graphic options up to NVIDIA® GTX™ 1060 or AMD Radeon RX 580 cards; 512 GB SSDs, up to 3 TB HDDs7, optional dual storage, and optional Intel® Optane™ memory8 for added speed and responsiveness to launch programs and access files; and Surround Sound 5.1 are some of the additional features the desktops have been equipped with to modernise them.
