Apple iPhone SE 2 2018

Two Russian certifications for the LG Q7 and G7 were discovered and they are approved today by the same EEC (Euroasian Economic Commision) a series of Apple iPhone smartphones. The EEC is a government agency that allows free trade between Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan.

iPhone 2018 models certified

The approved iPhone models were not previously discovered, they are the code names of A1920, A1921, A1984, A2097, A2098, A2099, A2101, A2103, A2104, A2105, and A2106. All certified Apple iPhone 2018 models run on iOS 11, as the French website Consomac reports. Unfortunately, the certificate does not contain any further information regarding the specs of the new devices.

Obviously, this is not about 11 new mobile phones, so there is, among other things. a different code name for each memory variant. If we rely on the rumors, we can expect four new iPhones in 2018. Two so-called iPhone X models with an OLED display and one device with a regular LCD display. In addition, a new budget smartphone is expected, the iPhone SE 2 2018.

Apple iPhone SE 2 smartphone

The high-end iPhone devices will only be introduced around September 2018, which is why the code names seem to relate to the iPhone SE 2. Finally, there are reports that this model will be introduced before the summer. Last year, the SE received a minimal update, in the form of extra memory. It, therefore, seems plausible that in 2018 Apple will release a completely new budget model.

The Apple iPhone SE 2 is manufactured by Wistron in India. In addition to a smaller display, the somewhat outdated hardware is used, making the phone a lot more affordable than its big brothers. The smartphone is equipped with a new processor and an improved camera. Thanks to the glass case, the iPhone SE 2 2018 model will also support wireless charging.

The WWDC 2018 will take place on 4 June. Although Apple usually does not use the Worldwide Developers Conference to introduce new iPhone models, it is certainly not excluded in terms of the timeline that the introduction of the first iPhone 2018 model will take place here.
