Sirin Labs announced last month its partnership with FIH (Foxconn International Holding) for co-developing the world’s first blockchain smartphone. According to the reports, FIH will manufacture Finney devices in its facilities by leading original design and manufacturing of the phone. On the other hand, Sirin Labs will be leading the development of the cold storage wallet and the Sirin OS.
Finney will be equipped with ultra-secure cold storage crypto wallet. Powered by Snapdragon 845 and will run on Android 8.1 with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. This smartphone will have a 6-inch display with 18:9 aspect ratio. It has ultra-secure fingerprint sensor with oil-free coating and provides ultra-low reflection.
Finney will support connectivity for 22 LTE (4G CAT12) bands. The availability for SIM card slots for GSM, CDMA200, UMTS, TDD LTE, and TD-SCDMA. This smartphone provides WiFi 802 and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity. The backside of Finney is made up of Gorilla Glass with metal frame. It has mechanical volume keys and supports Nano-SIM and has SD memory card slot. Moving towards the camera, Finney features 12 MP main camera which is capable of low-light imaging and has ultra-fast laser A/F. For best selfie experience it has 8 MP selfie camera.
