Apple’s WWDC 2018 will be held from June 4 to 8 at the San Jose Convention Center in California. Now, there are rumors about what Tim Cook and his team bring for us regarding iPad Pro, MacBooks, and other devices. Well, there is one thing for sure!

Apple’s digital assistant Siri will be getting a brand new voice!’ That’s exactly what Siri is replying to asks like ‘Tell me about WWDC.’ She also digitally expresses her excitement. The interaction was first spotted by Nathan Simpson.

Of course, this is supposed to be a part of the iOS 12 release. As for Apple’s devices, there are speculations regarding the new iPad Pro, MacBooks, iMacs, iPhone SE 2, and a multi-device charging pad Apple AirPower.

Sources close to Apple have confidently reported that there could also be a new HomePod delivering a new ‘meshey & matte’ experience. The tech leader may reveal its plans and work on AR Kit for iOS and VR on Mac. AR and VR headsets are being developed discreetly and may not have release timelines until 2020.

Siri’s upcoming newness doesn’t overshadow the fact that Apple’s fans will eagerly look for a more improved operating system, with iOS 11 (and previous versions, too) constantly let down with glitches.

Apple, therefore, naturally prioritizing iOS 12 means there’s a postponement in a few of its planned upgrades. These include a redesigned home screen, multiplayer support for AR gaming, and photography advancements.

Among other expectations from the WWDC are security upgrades for MacOS, health and fitness feature expansions for WatchOS, and developments for TV OS and Audio OS.

There might as well be revealing developments of Marzipan, an upcoming innovation of the company to provide the users with one simple process to use a single set of apps’ being equally effective across the device family: iPhones, iPods and Macs.

To sum up, all eyes and ears will be on Apple coming up with some major improvements to resurrect its reputation regarding iOS (and WatchOS as well, for it hasn’t been free from glitches lately either).

Do not miss out on our coverage of the WWDC live right from San Jose.
