HTC U12+ Stands Second in Dxomark Rating List With Best Specifications

All HTC lovers will now have one more reason to grab a new smartphone. The company recently launched the HTC U12+, a flagship smartphone that is a successor of the U11+. This smartphone packs the best features, which can raise your expectations. HTC keeps it to the mark to provide users with unique specifications while taking care of its durability.

HTC U12+ features an entirely new design with pressure-sensitive buttons and a translucent back. It is 6 inch Quad HD+ Super LCD 6 display that supports 2880 x 1440 with an 18:9 aspect ratio. The thin bezels surrounding the display add to the outer looks of the smartphone. This smartphone does not feature a notch, unlike other premium range smartphones.

The processor is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset, having a frequency of 2.8GHz. It offers 6GB RAM and is available in 64GB or 128GB internal storage variants. HTC U12+ runs the latest Android 8.0 Oreo.

The company seems to have taken care of all needs of its loyal users. HTC has extended a second-generation Edge Sense feature that allows the user to access apps by squeezing them. Thus a user can handle this phone with a single hand. Edge Sense 2 allows the user to hold for smart rotate and smart dim or double tap for the mini screen.

The best part about this smartphone finally arrives as it features sports four cameras, i.e., two on the front and two on the rear. HTC U12+ rear camera is equipped with a 12 MP wide-angle camera with HTC UltraPixel 4, which uses a sensor with 1.4-micron pixel size. It has another 16MP telephoto lens with a 1-micron pixel size. The main camera packs optical image stabilization, AR sticker, RAW shooting, and dual LED flash.

HTC U12+ Bokeh offers a natural, artistic, and soft background effect. To provide a user with a professional studio experience at the front camera, there are 8MP image sensors with a pixel size of 1.12 microns. The front camera is intended to have a wider 84-degree FOV. Further, it also supports face unlock, AR stickers, and selfie panorama. The main camera can efficiently record 4K videos at 60fps and 1080p slow-motion videos at 240fps.

HTC U12+ has it all, from supporting connectivity features like WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS, and 4G LTE with dual LTE support to a 3500 mAh battery. It comes with IP68 and offers dust and water resistance.

HTC U12+ is available in attractive colors variants of blue, ceramic black, and flame red. This smartphone can cost your pocket $799 and $849 for 64GB and 128GB storage variants. HTC U12+ has earned the second position on the DxOmark rating list.
