Google and Nokia to Bring Mid-range Smartphone Powered by Snapdragon 710

Google is recently in the news for its upcoming Pixel series smartphone. The latest news suggests that the technology giant is working to bring its mid-ranged Pixel phones with Qualcomm Snapdragon 710. At the same time, this news was heating up the charts. Nokia also planning to bring their next device running on the same processor.

According to the tweet by noted tipster Roland Quandt, HMD Global is working on Qualcomm Snapdragon 710, which may release in autumn/winter 2018. Nokia has code-named this device Phoenix, and the rumored smartphone is one of the Finnish company’s high-end devices.

Google is always choosy about selecting the names for its brand and products – be it the name of the Android version or the code name of the ongoing project. The new Google Pixel phone is code-named Bonito, a name of a popular fish, whereas Nokia codenamed its project Phoenix.
