Facebook Brings in User Feedback Tool on Misleading Adverts

Facebook has been trying to improve its services for its users and has come up with Community Standards and ad policies that govern the ads that will also mark bad shopping experiences off Facebook. On Tuesday, Facebook globally launched its new tool, the ‘Leave Feedback’ button that will prompt users to tell about their shopping experiences.

Bad shopping experiences are something that everyone tries to avoid, and bad online shopping may cost you more time and money, especially when it takes a long time to arrive. And if these things are experienced via Facebook business-ads then it would definitely leave a bad impression on Facebook. And to control such experiences, Facebook has drawn its own way of solution.

With this new Facebook Leave Feedback tool, people can easily review businesses that they have purchased from along with Facebook’s hope of connecting more people with businesses that meet their expectations.

To find the Leave Feedback button in your Facebook account click on the ‘Activity Tab’ where you’ll find the ads that have been recently clicked, hit on the ‘Leave Feedback’ button which will instantly open a questionnaire to tell Facebook about your experiences. This feedback will help them for a further understanding of goods and services.

This is one of the many changes by the world’s largest social media network to enhance user experience and engagement after it was entangled in a huge scandal where millions of users’ data have been improperly handled without their consent.
