In less than two months, Samsung, the South Korean multinational technology company, is going to unveil the most anticipated smartphone from the company, Galaxy Note 9 release.

The high-end smartphone will differ little in design from the Galaxy Note 8, which was launched a year earlier. Nevertheless, users can distinguish themselves from the Note 9 from the previous model because Samsung seems to intend to introduce new colors.

Galaxy Note 9 colors

It was already known that a Note 9 lavender purple will probably appear. A similar color was first introduced to the Galaxy S9 Series. According to the latest information, a new Teddy Brown variant will also be added to the Note 9 portfolio. Samsung has in the past more often introduced a brown Galaxy smartphone, so it is certainly not inconceivable that there will also be a Galaxy Note 9 brown. If the information is correct, the device will be available in five different colors at the launch; black, grey, blue, brown and purple. It is expected that you can buy the Galaxy Note 9 from the end of August 2018.

In addition, it is possible that not all colors are announced immediately at the launch, Samsung often chooses to release new colors at a later date, as the Galaxy S9 SunRise Gold and the Galaxy S9 Burgundy Red was announced last month.

Samsung Galaxy Note 9 battery

This is not the first indication about new Samsung Note 9 but there are a couple of reports surfaced online indicates that Samsung will significantly increase the battery capacity this year. First, we talked about a 3,850 mAh battery, then the stories were slimmed down and there would be a minimal update. Now Twitteraar Ice universe, which usually has a good track record, reports that it is 100% sure that the Galaxy Note 9 battery has no less than 4,000 mAh capacity.

Most will remember, the Note 7 became a big fiasco for Samsung. After it appeared that the 3,500 mAh battery was not safe, all devices were recalled. The 3,500 mAh was a decent update, compared to the 3,050 mAh battery used the year before.

After the debacle with the Note 7, Samsung set up a new safety procedure. The Galaxy Note 8 was then equipped with a less powerful battery with 3,300 mAh. Understandable, but also one of the few downsides of this top device.

Now it looks like Samsung is sure enough of its case to give the new Note a decent battery upgrade again. The time will have to tell whether the Galaxy Note 9 will indeed have a 4,000 mAh battery.
