Amazon Prime Day Sale from July 16 with more than 1 million deals up for grab

To all the shopaholics, it’ll soon be the time to buy and grab for all the deals announced by Amazon. Amazon India announced this year’s prime day sale date that will start from July 16, an exclusive open for its prime members. The e-tailer has announced that the sale will run for 36 hours starting from 12 pm on July 16 till 12 am on July 18. Amazon will feature products, deals, exclusive launches, and video releases before and during the 36-hour period. All purchases held will have six different flash sales, starting at 1 pm on July 16, and up to 10 percent cashback or discount on HDFC Bank card/ EMI and Amazon Pay transactions.

The Prime Day sale will see launches from 200-plus brands, released for the first time in the country. This includes products from OnePlus, Sennheiser, WD, Godrej, Cloudwalker, Seagate, Samsung, and other products across other categories and more. It is also to offer a slew of prizes organized for an app-only contest where users can make their chance of winning a OnePlus 6 smartphone.

As for Amazon Prime video, it will be teasing 7 days, 7 new titles; one for each day that will start streaming on July 10. This will include Dunkirk, 102 Not Out, Comicstaan, Transformers: The Last Knight, and more. It is to also offer curated playlists on its prime music where users can stand a chance to win Echo Dots by playing 3 songs on the music streaming platform.

Apart from that, Amazon Prime members can enjoy existing benefits including free one-day delivery, discounted same-day delivery, access to Prime Video, access to Prime Music, exclusive deals, and 2-hour delivery on Prime Now.

There will be huge discounts across its product categories with up to 40% discount on mobiles and accessories; up to 50% off on electronics; up to 70% off on home and outdoors; up to 50% off on daily needs; 50-80% off on fashion; and up to 70% off on books, entertainment and more.

As for the United States, Amazon’s Prime Day 2018 sale will commence from 3 pm ET (12.30am IST) on July 16 and will be a similar 36-hour affair. A huge wave of deals coming up let’s all wait for the fire-sale event as it approaches rapidly.
