Elon Musk and Tesla to make smartphones after working on cars and space projects? Why not! SlashLeaks came up with two photos featuring the front and rear panels of seemingly the first Tesla phone codenamed Quadra.
Some of the key specs can be made out of the photos to understand what we can expect. There will be extremely thin bezels on the sides and at the bottom. Tesla Quadra will also have a display notch equipped with the earpiece, sensors, and the front camera. Both the notch and the bottom chin are thin, which indicates that it will have a high screen-to-body ratio.
On the rear panel, the dual camera setup sits horizontally at the top left. Then, a Tesla logo and G4 branding follow. Towards the bottom, a cut-out strip is maybe for mounting a speaker grill. Steel-curved corners do good for a stylish look over. That’s all the leaks could give us!
There have been rumors circulating since last year regarding a Tesla smartphone on the web, and there was even a concept video on YouTube of what the model could look like. That was about 8 months ago, during November, and there was no further progress of the story, except another video out of nowhere coming up via another YouTuber. Specs and appearances revealed in those leaks do not even come close to what we saw recently on SlashLeaks.
This time, it is from a trusted source with 100% trust rating so far during the time of this reporting. Therefore, further leaks are to circulate in the coming days or weeks. Musk does the love the air, and doesn’t he deserve every bit of it? Don’t miss out on this development.
