Xbox is dedicated to bringing the joy of gaming to its users. But they are not only keeping in mind the comfort of their users, but they are also committed to the developers of the games as well so that the developers have the best platform to show their creativity and work on. Keeping everything in mind, Xbox announced today that they are enabling mouse and keyboard support on Xbox One for select Xbox Insiders in the coming weeks. Now that they are using mice and keyboards for gaming purposes, developers need to build a support system for doing that in their games.

It depends entirely on the developers’ discretion. However, mouse and keyboard input is not enabled by default for games. One of the first titles ever to test the new mouse and keyboard input will be Warframe. Xbox is teaming up with Razer, a gaming hardware space to bring out the best possible mouse and keyboard for their customers. Xbox has shared a sneak peek of this new venture on Razer’s website and on their Twitter and Facebook pages.

Xbox has been looking into this aspect for some time now, and they wanted to ensure that users’ gaming experience using the mouse and keypad input is fun and correctly balanced. To help them achieve their goals, Xbox has been working closely with many studios for quite some time now.

More news about this development will be unveiled through the November 10 edition of Inside Xbox. Anyone can test out its new mouse and keyboard input. In order to do that, the interested users need to join the Xbox Insider program. Xbox is testing out this new feature, and the success of this new feature would depend very much on the fan feedback.
