All the customers of OnePlus widely are facing problems regarding its operating system, specifically with OnePlus 3T and OnePlus 5T. The most common problem users are having is with face unlock and fingerprint system which doesn’t work every time.

The face-unlock mostly works in bright light and hardly in bit dim light. In order, to make things work, users have to re-programme both the face unlock and fingerprint tool. Another problem which keeps coming up with OnePlus 3T is that the device stops working right after the software update.

The reason which is upsetting consumers is the company’s poor customer care policy. When a doubt or a problem is raised by a customer the company doesn’t give proper or required attention to that, even if the device is running in the warranty period the customer care is not getting the repair done in free.

I purchased the phone in Jan 2018, but i started experiencing the back paint chipping issues from the back panel then i contacted the customer care they guaranteed me that my phones back panel will be replaced under warranty. Since last two months i am trying to reach out to the service centres in Bangalore, but everytime they say that there is no stock available, i am frustrated from this very poor after sale service. – Customer stated

There is not just one complaint but there are a lot many such users who are facing problems is using OnePlus 5T and 3T and even after so many complaints coming in till now there is an official statement produced by the company itself.
