As per officials over 600,000 Indians in the US are waiting to receive green cards, which is a step short of American citizenship and taking this into account US President Donald Trump shows his sympathy to the hundreds of thousands of skilled professionals including Indians who are patiently waiting for years to receive green cards.

Trump claims that they have done everything perfectly and they are going to enter America soon. Such a comment came as a hope over 5,000 to 7,000 people mostly from El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala including more than 600,000 Indians in the US; waiting to receive green cards or legal permanent residency.

As for Trump, he is doing away with the “release” part of the policy as according to him letting illegal immigrants enter the country will make them take advantage of the “catch and release” policy, which is quite unfair for the skilled professionals.

“Some have been waiting for many years. Some have been waiting for a long time. They’ve done everything perfectly, and they’re going to come in. he also adds that we will not allow our generosity to be abused by those who would break our laws, defy our rules, violate our borders, break into our country illegally. We won’t allow it,”
As Trump refers he will not let illegal immigrants enter America but let those who are coming on their merit basis because there are companies coming into the country, and these companies need workers.

He said that the U.S. has the largest and most expansive immigration programmes anywhere on the planet. The communities are often left to bear the cost and the influx of people that come in illegally, he said, adding that this can’t be allowed.

Letting people into the country is a great news for many professionals around the world.
