PUBG Corp and DC Comics have come together to bring The Joker and Harley Quinn of Suicide Squad fame, at least their skins, to PlayersUnknown Battlegrounds.

As it stands at the moment, PUBG has only announced the appearance of the skins of the two characters, as can be discerned in the trailer. While The Joker promises to be an acquired taste, just like its cinematic counterpart; the fact that Harley Quinn is donning her signature baseball cap is giving hope for the appearance of new weapons and weapon skins in the near future.

This collaboration is drawing a lot of comparison with Fortnight’s Avengers collaboration, where a temporary game mode allowed players to wreak havoc as Thanos, the mad Titan. With Suicide Squad having been released in 2016, this particular collaboration does not seem timely; but it still appears to be a more viable collaboration than one with the Justice League; since, unlike the latter, Suicide Squad was a box office success.

The two skins are coming ‘soon’, and with the winter coming, it may just be possible to take the Joker and Harley Quinn for a spin on the upcoming snow map.
