With the release of Android Pie, there was a group of devices (brands like -OnePlus and LG) brought up to the latest version of Android. However, the Samsung devices stayed away from this upgrade for quite a long time.

Nevertheless, the long wait is finally over as Samsung declared to introduce the first beta version of Android Pie which is to be launched later this month.

At the Samsung Developer Conference, the South Korean company made many exhilarating and exciting announcements about the developments. One declaration which gathered attention was the introduction of the new ‘Infinity Flex’ foldable phone technology. It is a massive entry into the future of mobile technology and the first smartphone to come with a fully foldable OLED panel. According to reports, they have unveiled the AMOLED display which makes it capable of folding ‘hundreds of thousands of times’ and taking the market with a huge storm and ready for mass consumption.

The consumers of Galaxy S9 and S9+ can apply “for the beta” from the membership app of Samsung. Users can see the update at the Settings options from the device.

There has also been the creation of a new design language which was the successor of previous TouchWiz design that allows easy access to content and features. The procedure of this introduction has been the primary reason for delaying of upgradation of Android Pie to the devices.

Therefore the new Android Pie along with the new interface will soon emerge with the older Samsung devices after the arrival of the Galaxy S9 and Note 9, respectively.

Two other devices called Samsung Galaxy S8 and Note 8 are still considered to be the recent modern smartphones which can satisfy the needs of the customers and emerge as the most accessible devices in the market.
