Vivo launches Y95 in India with Funtouch OS 4.5 Based on Android Oreo and Snapdragon 439 SoC

Launched earlier this month in the Philippines, Vivo Y95 has finally made its way to India. It is powered by Funtouch OS 4.5 based on Android 8.1 Oreo. With a thickness of 8.28mm, the handset sports a fingerprint scanner on its rear, along with a gradient design.

The handset’s 6.22-inch 2.5D curved glass Full View display is equipped with HD+ resolution and an 88.6% screen-to-body ratio. Its 4030 mAh battery promises to last longer than a day in a single charge.

Internally, Vivo Y95 is being powered by octa-core Snapdragon 439 SoC with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, expandable by MicroSD card. The phone’s anterior sports a 20MP selfie camera, while the rear has a 13MP+2MP dual camera setup.

Priced at Rs. 16,990, Vivo Y95 has been made available in shades of Nebula Purple and Starry Night, and can be purchased online on Flipkart, Amazon.in, and Vivo India e-Store, along with offline partners starting today.

A few launch offers for the phone include No Cost EMI (Up to 15 months), Lowest EMI starting Rs. 1133, PayTM Rs. 1500 cashback coupons, and benefits worth Rs. 4000 along with 3TB data from Reliance JIO.
