The wait is over as Nokia 7.1 is finally launching in India on Friday. This device comes with an amazing PureDisplay panel supporting HDR10 5.84-inch full-HD+ (1080×2280 pixels). It will give full HDR quality entertainment display even if the device is not HDR. The device is powered by 3,060 mAh battery with fast charging of up to 18W that can provide 50% of charge in half an hour.

On Friday, Nokia mobile brand licensee HMD Global, revealed the release date, price and launch offer for Nokia 7.1 in India. The device will cost Rs. 19,999 for 4GB RAM/64 inbuilt storage variants expandable up to 400GB. It will hit the stores on the 7th of December and will be available to buy via best mobile retailers in India, there is another variant of this device which comes in 3GB RAM/32GB storage which has already been launched in London but is not been brought to India.

The company has a partnership with Airtel which will offer the prepaid subscriber 1TB of 4G data on the plans starting from Rs. 199. The postpaid Airtel subscriber will get an additional 120GB data with a subscription to Netflix for 3 months and a 1-year subscription to Amazon Prime only on plans of Rs 499 and above, other than EMI transactions subscribers can also get 10 percent of cashback via offline stores.

Nokia 7.1 comes with dual-SIM and runs on Android Oreo and also has an option to update Android to Android 9.0 Pie, the device has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection with Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC. The device comprises of a 12-megapixel primary sensor with autofocus aperture, also has Zeiss optics for a rear camera, with a front camera of 8-megapixel fixed focus sensor. The device includes Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, 4G LTE, GPS, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It also includes an ambient light sensor and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
