Realme after gathering all the love and attention from the users for such great combination of great features in a pocket-friendly budget is again in the spotlight for not so good reason, as we all know there isn’t any Android phone which is perfect.

The most recent Realme 2 Pro has been the most expensive device by the company, but unfortunately is said to be troubled with the issue of battery drainage.

The Realme 2 Pro was launched back in September this year, available in three variants which are 4GB + 64GB costing 13,990 INR, 8GB + 128 GB costing 17,990 INR and 6GB + 64GB costing 17,990 INR.

There are few users who have taken social media platform to voice their complaint regarding battery drain issue happening with Realme 2 Pro. And Realme has gracefully accepted the flaw and has blamed TouchPal Keyboard app for the drain issue happening. The company has promised to update the keyboard app which would eventually solve the battery drain problem.

The company has acknowledged the battery drain issue and addressed to the user via their official Twitter channel.

Though this is not the first time when Realme is receiving complaints from their customers regarding the same battery drain issue, last month only the company issued an update for the improvement of its selfie camera, battery and some fix for general bugs issue.

Recently Realme launched the selfie-centric Realme U1 smartphone costing 11,999INR, it’s going great in the market and for the first time it went on sale recently.
