Firefox has recently launched its latest version for desktop, Firefox 64 packing in new features like Contextual Feature Recommender (CFR) and Multiple Tab Organisation to help improve user experience this Christmas.
CFR or Contextual Feature Recommender draws from your web activities to fashion out user-friendly Firefox features and add-ons, helping users to get the most out of their Internet experience.
The latest release version, Mozilla Firefox 64 also carries with it new extensions for the Firefox tab, namely – Facebook Container, Enhancer for YouTube and To Google Translate. Another christened feature – ” Pinned Tabs” helps users pin the tabs they regularly use during their time over the Internet.
Although the incognito or the private browsing mode won’t possess this features and can be accessed through the regular browsing mode owing to users privacy. The use of these extensions and other features like browsing history won’t be sent to Mozilla but will be saved locally in the User’s profile of Firefox.
Organizing tabs have also been made easier with Firefox 64 and no longer needs to hassle around fumbling for that particular tab among a sea of other tabs. All one needs to do is ctrl-click the desired tabs from the Mozilla Tab bar and organize them easily depending on whether you want to move, mute, or bookmark them.
