The Chinese tech company Xiaomi has released a lot of its products in this year alone. Everyone thought that Xiaomi was done launching new merchandise for this year as only a few days are left. However, that does not appear to be the case when it comes to Xiaomi. Xiaomi has teased the launch of a new product tomorrow, 15th December 2018.

Xiaomi took to Twitter to inform the world about its next new release on the market. The teaser is in the form of an image of a pair of spectacle frame through which parts of a beach can be seen. The tweet by Xiaomi’s official twitter handle read, “Wait till you see it! You’d love to see what’s coming! Any guesses? RT if you’re excited!” Xiaomi has not released any information about the product that they are about to launch in the market tomorrow.

The product that they are talking about maybe the standalone Oculus Go VR headset or it can be just a pair of regular sunglasses. One cannot dismiss the fact of Xiaomi releasing a pair of glasses in the market owing it to their eccentric reputation. However, the possibility for Xiaomi to release a VR Headset seems to be higher than the speculated so-called Mi Sunglasses.

Xiaomi has extended their business from just being a tech brand to releasing lifestyle products like suitcases, travel pillow and new backpacks. So, the idea of Xiaomi releasing a new pair of sunglasses does not sound absurd and out of place. As for the Oculus Go VR headset, it was released earlier this year which could replace Facebook’s heavy and bulky Oculus Rift headset.  The Mi VR headset is priced at INR 15,499 for its 32GB variant. But if Xiaomi is indeed launching their new line of sunglasses, it could be priced around INR 1,250.
