Huawei may release their latest smartphone, P Smart 2019 next year. Some details about the smartphone’s specifications before it has been officially announced by Huawei itself are released. The Huawei P Smart 2019 comes with a tempered glass back cover with a mirror-like finish and with curved sides. There is a notch at the back of the phone for the fingerprint scanner.
The back of the smartphone is also the home for the dual rear camera with a 13 MP sensor and an AI portrait mode. The rear camera almost looks like a part of the smartphone. The front camera is of 8 MP with the aperture of f/2.0. The inclusion of the AI will help detect 22 different scenes whenever the user tries to take a photo using the rear camera and the front camera will be able to detect 8 scenes. Users can also take nighttime photos using the Night Mode without using a tripod.
The display screen is 6.2 inches long with a 19.5: 9 aspect ratio and a “drop of water” notch. Huawei P Smart 2019 will run on eight core Kirin 710 processor which is equipped with Artificial Intelligence capabilities. The internal storage is of 64 GB with expandable memory up to 512 GB through the use of a micro-SD card.
For this smartphone, Huawei has added a new file system EROFS which is necessary to accommodate the higher performance and storage access speed of the Huawei P Smart 2019. The smartphone will have the battery capacity of 3,400 mAh with fast charging and it offers up to 10 hours of internet browsing, 18 hours of video playback and 96 hours of continuous music playback. The new smartphone will be based on Android 9 and GPU Turbo 2.0.
The P Smart 2019 will be launched on January 15 in Spain and it is priced at €249. The device comes in two colors, black and blue.
