Check that the phone has the latest version of HiCare because if you have installed version 8.0.2.820, it will not be possible to update it.

In some cases, the update may take up to two hours so it will not always occur immediately. In the case of not receiving the update in that period of time, check that both the operating system and HiCare have the latest versions installed.
