Very soon, the context menu of the right mouse button will be much more useful in Gmail because Google has announced the arrival of new options that will give you quick access to certain actions. Gmail is one of the most popular Google services and is used throughout the world. For this reason, the Mountain View company works continuously on improvements for email that allow optimizing the user experience.

Without going any further, in April 2018, the Great G launched a new Gmail design with many new features. Recently the Material Theme has also reached the Gmail app for mobile devices.

Although the new options of the contextual menu of the right mouse button are a minor novelty compared to the design updates, these are very useful features that will allow users to work more quickly on a day-to-day basis.

If you are a Gmail user, you will know that, at present, if you click with the right mouse button on one of your messages, the contextual menu that appears is very poor and only allows you to move the mail to a tab, file it, mark it as read or delete it.

According to Google’s announcement, these options will be expanded soon with new quick features. The new right-click menu in Gmail will allow you to reply to the message, forward it, move it to a new folder or label, mute it, search all messages from that sender, search all emails with the same subject or open the message to a new window.

The new context menu of Gmail has begun to be gradually deployed among G Suite users, who will be receiving the new features in the coming weeks. Google has not yet confirmed when it will be available to all users, so for now, we will have to wait.
