This new camera, which expands Xiaomi’s portfolio of home-connected products, will go on sale this Thursday in India at an initial price of 1,999 rupees (about 25 euros).

According to the company, the picture quality of the Mi Security Camera will be 1080p. Actually, it’s a lower variant of the 360-degree camera. The sale of this security camera will begin in India on February 14. It can buy from Xiaomi’s online store mi.com. The sale will start at 12 noon.

The Artificial Intelligence Motion Detection feature has been given in this camera. In it, you can insert a micro SD card and also have NAS storage support. This camera can record full HD video from 20fps. The company has claimed that this security camera covers almost all areas of the room and reduces blind spots. It also has a night vision support of up to 10m.

Xiaomi has also said that it will detect the fall alarm, such as curtain movement and light changes. It has an intelligent detection function that will send notifications to users on an unusual movement. For this, you have to connect this camera to the app. It will be able to control it from the app.
